David & I got the chance to hang out & play together on President's Day!

Daddy & Mommy brought me here to the doctor's office for my 12 month checkup! It looks like I'm a light-weight...

Happy Valentine's Day, everybody! Daddy was so busy installing the wood floors, that Mommy & I went to meet him in Pasadena for a Valentine's lunch at Souplantation! 
Mmmmmmm-smooch! Here are kisses for you and you and you and you! 
The good news is that Daddy has finished installing all the hardwood floors in our new home! Do you like it? 
So, to celebrate the completion of the hardwood floors and also Valentine's Day, Mommy & Daddy had a nice take-out dinner in bed after I went to sleep! I wonder why they didn't want to have dinner with me...???

We went to visit the Marriot in Palm Springs and their common meeting areas are amazing! They had many tropical birds like this one in the picture! 
And the hotel was partly surrounded by a man-made water garden, with bridges & fountains & lots of ducks swimming around! 
We ended our trip to Palm Springs with the boat ride around the Marriot! My favorite part was watching the ducks!

Road trips are fun! Now it's my turn to drive! 
We went to a zoo called the Living Desert and I got to sit on this cool camel... 
...and play by this huge gecko!...
...and even pet the animals in the petting zone! 
I had fun with all the kids! Timothy is the one standing up all the way at the end, Kyle is next, and Melanie & Ryan are sitting next to me! 
I think even the parents had fun today! (And the parents-to-be, too!)

We're planning on going to Palm Springs for the weekend and we're leaving tonight! Mommy is so busy packing - she forgot to put my pants on!

Mommy & Auntie Amy took me out to a great Italian restaurant called Fritto Misto! 
Hmmmm...I wonder what's on the menu, today? Let's take a look in here... 
Ha ha! I'm just kidding! Fooled you, didn't I? Just wanted to say thanks to Gung Gung, Po Po & Auntie Amy for coming to celebrate my birthday together & showering me with love & fun & kisses! I'll miss you when you go back to Texas tomorrow!
